Once you have decided on the additional packages you would like, to register for a trip with Inside Traveling, please do the following:

1. Call, fax or e-mail to find out space availability. Our policy is first come first serve. A limit of $1500.00 per trip can be charged to a credit card. The balance over $1500.00 must be paid by check.

2. Fill-in the information on the registration form bellow. Print the form. Fax, mail (We use the same US post office and it cost only 37 cents.), or submit this form to Inside Traveling.

3. To send your payment using a credit card, please click on PayPal (under Submit), and follow the instructions. Sorry, at this time we can only accept VISA and MasterCard.

4. You may also mail the form together with your check made out to Inside Traveling to our address.

We must have received the complete payment for the trip no less than 45 days before the date of the trip including the total cost of any extra package(s).

Travel Policies

Cancellation and Refund Policy: When made 45 days prior to the trip start date, deposits are refundable less a $50 handling fee. For cancellations between 45 and 30 days prior to the start date, deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the trip, no moneys are refundable. All cancellations must be in writing.

Cancellation by Us: Inside Travel has the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. We are responsible for refunding only payment(s) already received for the trip.

Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance. You may reach Travel Guard International at 800-826-1300. You may buy insurance up until 24 hours before departure from your home city. $79.00 covers approximately $1,000.00. Check your medical insurance for coverage in Puerto Rico.

Itinerary changes: In the unlikely event that there is an itinerary change, we will provide comparable lodging, meals and sightseeing activities. We reserve the right to change the order of the scheduled site visit days. For example, instead of visiting Old San Juan the first day, we might do this on the last day or prior to the departure day.

We welcome all people and respect differences, however, Inside Travel reserves the right to decline to accept any reservations or retain any participants. Our trips are energetic and require good health. Look for the trip's energy category and verify that it matches your own. Unless specified, trips are for walking and easy hiking. Smoking permitted only on designated areas.
