About Inside Travel
Inside Travel sprouted from Lila's travels with friends. Lila, the founding member, is an experienced traveler known for her unique traveling style. She mostly enjoys mingling with the locals while traveling very economically. She has backpacked and camped inside Mexico, some of Europe, the United States, Brazil, Bermuda, Jamaica, the Virgin Islands, and Canada. On her latest trips she has learned to appreciate the comfort of a local inn bed. While working for state government and attending work conferences, Lila often got in trouble for staying in state parks and renting bikes for her transportation. A native of Puerto Rico, her dream is to share her favorite spots and the small island diverse ecosystem with her traveling friends in a manner that resembles the life style and culture of the puertorriqueños. Spanish is her native language, but after 22 years in the US she speaks English too!

Inside Traveling is Unique!
What is included in the Price of the Trips
Our guided trips include 6 nights and 7 days accommodations: five nights at one of Puerto Rico's north west coast native Paradores (country inns), and one night in the San Juan area. Cottages and rooms are air- conditioned. There are tennis courts, a swimming pool, and walking trails at no additional cost. The photos show El Consulado Hotel, in El Condado, San Juan, the colorful Villas del Mar Hau Beach Parador's cottages, and Parador El Faro's outdoor porch, our partners on these adventures.
Good restaurants and snack bars are within the "paradores" grounds, others at walking distance. We will stop for lunch and dinner when sightseeing. Bikes, pool toys, and kayaks are available within the grounds for a fee. Snorkeling the local reefs and diving are available, however you must register for it and include a deposit with your trip deposit. Horseback riding is also available!
